Attorney Hei Jun An is the founder of our firm.  Ms. An is admitted to practice law before Federal Courts as well as State Courts in California, Maryland, and District of Columbia.  Ms. An obtained a Bachelors of Music with a major in Music Therapy with High Honors from the Michigan State University and her J.D. from University of Maryland School of Law.
